Veronica Kirigo - Kenyan Physiotherapist
About The Physio Notebook

Passion is Finding Joy in What You Do

I am Veronica Kirigo, a passionate Kenyan Physiotherapist (PT). I work with patients of all ages, helping them regain movement, manage chronic conditions, and live fuller lives.

I also train fellow physiotherapists and am deeply committed to creating awareness, digital resources and mentorship opportunities in the physical therapy space across Kenya.

The Physio Notebook is my platform to blend professional insights with real human stories — from patient journeys and NCD management to life reflections, pelvic health, back pain solutions, and everyday inspiration. Whether through my blog series, virtual consultations, or random thoughts on books, TV shows, and conversations, I aim to make physiotherapy accessible, relatable, and joyful.

I also develop resources people can read on their own in simple language.
